The Juneau Police Department is currently recruiting for several police officer positions. For individuals new to law enforcement, the initial selection process involves a written test, a physical test, and an interview. The next opportunity to complete these in Juneau is September 18-20. Sign up for the written testing through Public Safety Testing at www.publicsafetytesting.com.

These are fully benefited positions. The starting salary range is $67,808 to $72,654. The City and Borough of Juneau offers a competitive salary package that includes the opportunity for regular wage increases, an excellent health insurance program, leave, and retirement credit through the Public Employees’ Retirement System.
