AEL&P, Avista and Hydro One reps to be available prior to RCA conference

Representatives of Alaska Electric Light and Power (AEL&P), Avista Corp. and Hydro One will be available to meet with the public and the Juneau Assembly for introductions and questions at 6:30 p.m. in the Miller Room of Centennial Hall on Tuesday, February 27, 2018.

AEL&P said the following people will be in attendance: Connie Hulbert, President and General Manager of AEL&P; Dennis Vermillion, President of Avista; Ferio Pugliese, V.P. of Hydro One; and James Scarlett, V.P. of Hydro One.

This availability immediately precedes a Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) public conference at 7 p.m. in Ballroom #3 of Centennial Hall regarding the proposed purchase of AEL&P/Avista by Hydro One. The purpose of the RCA conference is to receive written and oral comments, and to provide Hydro One and Avista an opportunity to respond to those comments.
