Summary:

On 10/12/18, at about 12:54 AM, the Juneau Police Department received a 911 call from a 51 year old male Juneau resident. The man reported that his girlfriend had just stabbed him in the chest with a butcher knife. JPD and CCFR responded to the man's residence, located in the area of 2800 Postal Way.

Responding officers located the man walking away from the residence. The man appeared to be in a great deal of pain and was bleeding from an injury to his chest. CCFR provided medical treatment to the man while officers attempted to locate the man's girlfriend. Inside the residence, officers located the man's girlfriend, 48 year old Juneau resident, Valerie Wilson. Wilson was uninjured.
