Henry Pillips Jr was arrested for Assault in the 2nd Degree, and not Assault in the 3rd Degree.

On 11-06-2014 at 12:24 AM, Juneau Police responded to a report of a stabbing at a hotel in the 400 block of Third Street in downtown Juneau. Responding officers found a 25 year-old man suffering from a laceration to his arm, which he said was caused by another man cutting him with a knife in the hotel. The victim was transported to the Bartlett Regional Hospital for treatment of his injury.
The suspect, 57 year-old Henry Phillips Jr., was arrested and lodged without bail at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center on one count of Assault in the Third Degree.
Alcohol was a factor in this incident.
The investigation is continuing.
