On November 28, 2013 at 11:35 AM, Juneau Police received a report of an assault in the area of Northwood Drive. The caller, a 41 year-old man, reported he had been confronted in a parking lot regarding his driving. The man said during the confrontation, the other male punched him in the face, causing a minor injury. Police later contacted the suspect in this incident, identified as 47 year-old Albert Garrison, a local resident. Garrison was subsequently arrested for Assault, and also cited for Driving Without a License. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center, and the vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was not a factor in this incident.
