On 11-01-2013 at 3:44 am, Juneau Police received reports of an assault in the area of the Airport Apartments, in the 9000 block of Glacier Highway. JPD received a call from one man stating he had been involved in an altercation and had received injuries as a result. Shortly after, another call was received from a man driving a female with what he described as multiple stab wounds to the hospital. Officers responding to the area found two people had been involved in an altercation involving a knife and possibly a baseball bat. All of the people involved in this incident have been identified and interviewed. The two involved, a 37 year-old female and a 24 year-old man, were treated at the Bartlett Regional Hospital for apparently minor injuries. The two were acquaintances, and alcohol was a factor. The investigation into this incident is continuing.
