Utility rate increase effective July 1

The City & Borough of Juneau Assembly approved incremental increases to both the water and wastewater rates on June 6, 2014. Per the ordinance, the next rate increase will go into effect July 1, 2018. Find the new rates here: juneau.org/engineering-public-works/utilities-division/rates

This notice serves as a reminder to the community that the next rate increase will be going into effect and to expect the changes in your billing statements. As a reminder, all Bill-Pay automated customers will need to update their accounts to reflect the new rates in order to stay current.
