An encroachment into the setback on parcels adjoining CBJ-owned land (USE2018 0002)

The applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit to allow an encroachment varying from five to eight feet into the rear yard setback on parcels located on Airport Blvd. in a General Commercial (GC) zone. These parcels adjoin CBJ‐owned land which is managed by Parks and Recreation. The requested encroachment better accommodates the construction of a four‐unit commonwall (townhouse style) development and associated parking and access.
