Perseverance Trail Partial Closure: June 11-12

June 7, 2019 – FYI

Parks Maintenance is planning to remove two large boulders partially blocking Perseverance Trail approximately two miles from the Basin Road trailhead on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 11 and 12. Work will be done between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The section of Perseverance Trail between the west Red Mill Trail intersection and the Granite Creek Trail intersection will be closed while the crew is working. Trail users can use the Red Mill Trail to detour around the work area and access the east end of Perseverance Trail and the Granite Creek Trail.

Trail users are urged to use caution when approaching the excavator and power carrier transiting to the work area.  Please follow the direction of trail crew workers.
