Parks & Rec launches new Youth Volleyball program

The City and Borough of Juneau Parks & Recreation Department is starting a Youth Volleyball program for fourth through twelfth graders this spring. Registration opens Saturday, February 23 and costs $55.

The season runs April to June. Youth Volleyball will include one hour of practice during the week with a game on Saturday. The program will have four divisions of play:

• 4th/5th grade – coed
• 6th-8th grade – coed
• 9th-12th grade – boys
• 9th-12th grade – girls

Register online or in person at City Hall Parks & Recreation or Zach Gordon Youth Center during business hours. If registering online, please update the participant’s grade level. Late registration, if space allows, will open March 4 and cost $65.
