Blueprint Downtown at Gallery Walk Friday, December 7

Come join the Blueprint Downtown project team on the third floor of the Senate Mall Building, 175 S. Franklin Street, during Juneau’s Gallery Walk event, happening today, Friday, December 7. There will be fun activities for you to provide your input about downtown Juneau, information about upcoming events, as well as the preliminary report for viewing. Meet the project team and learn what they have heard from the public so far and the preliminary ideas regarding the future of downtown.

Blueprint Downtown is a planning effort of CBJ’s Community Development Department setting a community vision for the future of downtown Juneau. The project’s general focus is on the area from the Rock Dump to Norway Point (Juneau Yacht Club). The planning process, which incorporates past efforts and existing plans, is expected to take up to two years and result in a 20-year blueprint for downtown.
