| Full Description | Dan Fruits, a Juneau artist, is a lifelong artist?he has been a potter, a printmaker, and a painter. In the last twenty years he has concentrated on painting. The urge to paint is constant for him and inspiration can come from a variety of sources: photographs, other paintings, a random idea, the view from the living room window. Since coming to Alaska in the 1970?s, the state has been his inspiration, and his experiences in Alaska are reflected in his art. |
