Assistant Municipal Attorney Clinton Mitchell joined the CBJ Law Department in August 2021 after completing judicial clerkships with the Honorable Daniel Schally in Juneau and the Honorable Kristen Stohler in Palmer. Before moving to Alaska he attended the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he focused on pro bono work, public service, and environmental law upon graduation in 2019. Clinton received an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 2011 with majors in Philosophy and East Asian Languages and Literatures.

Law Office Manager
Office Manager Deb Senn joined the CBJ Law Department in 2001. She is the administrative assistant to the municipal attorney, supervises support staff, maintains the CBJ Code, administers the departmental budget, computer systems, and website. Deb graduated from MTI Western Business College, in Sacramento, California, where she studied law office administration. Before joining the CBJ Law Department she worked as office manager for the North Slope Borough Law Department in Utqiagvik (then Barrow), Alaska, and as office manager for a private practice law office in Homer, Alaska.
Audrey Dean
Litigation and Support Assistant (Criminal)
Litigation and Support Assistant Audrey Dean joined the CBJ Law Department in January 2014. Audrey is responsible for supporting the municipal prosecutors with case management, filing court actions, and trial preparation. Audrey is a 1996 graduate of University of Alaska Southeast - with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies. She began her career in the legal field as a paralegal assistant in 1992 for a private law firm in Juneau, Alaska. Before joining the CBJ Law Department she worked 13+ years as a paralegal for a private law firm in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Junnie Chup
Litigation and Support Assistant (Civil)
Litigation and Support Assistant Junnie Chup joined the CBJ Law Department Civil Section in September 2016. She provides support to the civil attorneys and the office manager, and assists with contracts, legal documents, and legislation preparation. Prior to working for CBJ, Junnie worked at both a private law firm and the State of Alaska Attorney General's Office in Juneau, Alaska.
