The CBJ Community Development Department will be hosting their annual Housing & Development Forum on Friday, February 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall. All members of the public are invited, including builders, realtors, real estate developers, mortgage lenders, and interested homeowners. CEU’s toward Residential Contractor Endorsements and Real Estate License Renewals may be earned by attending this event.

Some topics on the agenda include financing small homes, nonconforming development, historic tax credits, the missing middle, the impact of liens, an economic update, FEMA flood map updates, the heat pump retrofit program, accessory apartment changes, zoning updates, and more.
