How the Airport is Governed:
The Juneau International Airport is a municipally owned facility. The airport is an enterprise of the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ). A seven-person airport board, appointed by the CBJ Assembly, governs the airport. The airport board hires an Airport Manager to oversees the maintenance and operations of the airport. The Airport Board meets on the second Thursday of each month via ZOOM webinar. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. Members of the Board are listed below and can be contacted through the airport administration office, (907) 789-7821.
